Wok-fried Rice with Garlic and Butter

Simple recipe but….taste good! You can combine it with some vegetables of your choice

2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons fried garlic
2 teaspoon garlic oil
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
salt to taste
dash of sesame oil
1/2 cup of cooked diced vegetables (optional)

To prepare the fried rice: in hot wok, sauté chopped garlic and add rice. Stir-fry with the seasoning and butter.  Add the cook vegetables if you want it. Add the fried garlic, sesame oil, garlic oil and butter to finish. Check the seasoning before serving. Makes 2 servings
